Itinerary
- Meet at Lynnhaven Boat Ramp 15mins prior to scheduled start time to ensure on time launch
- Welcome aboard and safety briefing
- Cruise to The Narrows Beach
- Boat and licensed captain available at your service for cruising and watersports
- Return to Beach
- Depart for the dock 45minutes prior to end of scheduled time.

Check-in details
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for an on time launch. Make sure you have signed policy and waivers electronically before arrival.
- Pay Parking fee at the meter with a credit card. Fees are not included in the package.
- Use public facilities. No bathroom onboard
- When the entire group arrives and you are ready, proceed to the loading dock.
- A crew member will meet you on the dock and direct you to the boat.

- Prewashed swimsuits to prevent dye bleeding on upholstery
- Camera or smartphone for music on the beach
- Any additional drinks or snacks (water, chips included with package for up to 6 people)
Special requirements
- 12yrs and younger must be accompanied by an adult on the towable and wear a lifejacket at all times on the boat.
- All participants outside the boat, in the water for a swim or on the towable must wear a lifejacket
- Adhere to all acknowledged safety and company policies
Restrictions
- All passengers must be [18] years or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Certain water activities (jet skis, tubing, wakeboarding, etc.) may have a minimum age requirement.
- Boat passenger limit: [6] people.
- Watersport equipment may have specific weight limits.
- Pregnant individuals, people with back, neck, heart conditions, or recent surgeries should not
participate in watersports. - Life jackets must be worn during all watersport activities and when directed by the captain/crew.
- No excessive alcohol use.
- Passengers must follow captain and crew instructions at all times.
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the cruise without refund.
- Activities are subject to weather and water conditions. The captain reserves the right to cancel or
reschedule for safety. - The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before boarding or engaging in watersport activities.
- Minors must have a parent/guardian sign on their behalf.
Health & Safety
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Do not leave minors unattended in or near the water.
- No lifeguards, swim at your own risk.
- Life jackets are recommended for weak or non-swimmers.
- No diving, rough play, or unsafe behavior in the water.
- Use sunscreen and stay hydrated.
-Take breaks in shaded areas to prevent heat exhaustion or sunburn. - Guests should bring any necessary personal medications (inhalers, EpiPens, etc.).
- Keep food stored in coolers to avoid spoilage.
- Drink responsibly — excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited.

- Follow Beach patrol instructions.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on board and during watersports.
- Life jackets must be worn at all times while engaging in watersports or when instructed by the captain.
- No diving, horseplay, or unsafe behavior on the boat or in the water.
- Use sunscreen and stay hydrated during outdoor activities.
- Take breaks from sun exposure to prevent heat exhaustion or sunburn.
- Guests with medical conditions (such as heart problems, asthma, seizures) should inform staff prior to
departure. - Guests should bring any necessary personal medications (inhalers, EpiPens, etc.).
- All passengers must remain seated when the boat is in motion unless instructed otherwise.
- In case of emergency, follow all captain and crew instructions immediately.
- Life jackets, and safety equipment locations will be reviewed before departure during safety briefing

Customers can rebook or get a full refund or credit if they cancel online with at least 48 hours’ notice. If Napoleon Boat Adventures cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit is offered. Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice are rescheduled. No-shows are charged in full.
